The Ruff Seas was originally built as a fisherman’s cottage in the 70s after Hurricane Hazel.
She sports 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin), 1 bathroom, a quaint living and dining area, and an updated kitchen. Enjoy the serenity of a spacious screened-in porch or feel refreshed in the outdoor shower.
The house is on the Woodland side of the island, a half mile from public beach access. This lot has an extra relaxed feel, as a neighboring lot is undeveloped. You may even catch some wildlife walking around!
